Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has shipped or fulfillment has begun. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled under the Return & Refund Policy if eligible.
To request cancellation, email service@Dovqera.com as soon as possible with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
If a cancellation request is approved, any eligible refund will be returned to the original payment method. Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.
Address changes may also be requested before shipment, but cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
