After your order ships, Dovqera sends tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear after dispatch.

If you cannot find your tracking email or the tracking has not updated for several business days, contact service@Dovqera.com with your order number.

Please note that delivery estimates may change due to carrier routing, customs review, weather, public holidays, or remote delivery locations.
