Return & Refund Policy
Dovqera accepts eligible return requests within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and accessories when applicable.

How to Request a Return
Email service@Dovqera.com with your order number, the item you want to return, the reason for return, and clear photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please wait for return instructions before sending any item back.
Customer Preference Returns
For change-of-mind returns, size/style preference, or unwanted items, return shipping is paid by the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and order number. When the issue is confirmed as seller fault, Dovqera will cover the reasonable return or replacement shipping cost.
Refund Timing
After we receive and inspect an approved return, refunds are usually issued within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, returned without authorization, or missing required packaging may be declined or subject to a partial refund.
